What we store
When you create a memory, we store:
- The memory content you write or record
- Any photos, audio, or files you choose to upload
- Tags, people, places, and other organization data generated by ArchiveWell
- Basic account information such as your name and email address
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Save and organize your memories
- Generate tags, connections, and insights
- Create visualizations and reports
- Improve ArchiveWell's features and reliability
We do not sell your memories or personal information.
AI features
Some ArchiveWell features use AI to help organize and analyze memories. These systems may generate tags, themes, summaries, or suggestions based on what you write.
AI can make mistakes. You remain in control of your memories and can edit information at any time.
Sharing
Your memories are private by default.
We will never share your memories with other people unless you explicitly choose to share them.
Deleting your data
You can delete memories at any time. If you choose to delete your account, we'll remove your personal data from ArchiveWell according to our retention policies.
